Iam a U.S. Citizen living in Italy.
I want to open a LLC with a business partner who is Italian and a non U.S. Resident.
It will be a Web based business which sells web sites, SEM, SEO, and CRM solutions to customers both within and outside of the U.S. I have a California residency and home ownership, and I want this business to be a full U.S. business, which would sell its services to Italian or any other clients which were willing to pay over the web. Should I open a LLC?
