I am a Physical Therapist looking to open a multi-specialty practice and I don't know the limitiations of a LLC vs. PLLC.
The practice will include occupational, speech and craniosacral therapy.
Since I only have a license in one area is the practice only limited to one specialty?
Do I need to have other owners/members of the company be licensed in those fields?
or can I open this specialty office and have independent contractors within each specialty?
Is the name also limited by the license I have?
